How can you not love Queen? Freddie was a true talent. Sing with the angels darling. After 45 years I still love you. Probably the only band who's members each wrote a top 10 song. I can't listen to Mother Love without crying. So glad I used to steal my parents Queen LPs when I was a kid.

I really love your video. It often appears in my recommandation and each time, I click on it. It's well made, the song switches at a fast rhythmic pace so it can't be boring, the idea to put pictures to illustrate each song is pure genius. I have seen many Queen tops on TH-cam and this one is by far my favorite. You give me the will to do my own top. It's just based on opinion so I understand why some songs I love are not in your top. However, I'm still curious to know what you think about Father to Son and Lily of the Valley, which are two songs I really love and they aren't in this video. Just a small mistake... "If you can't beat them" belongs to the Jazz album, not Innuendo... but in general terms very much in agreement with the top. (Missing at some point "The Fairy feller's master stroke" and "The kiss" -one of Freddie's best vocal demonstrations-, also "Face it alone" could easily fit in).

@@YesMan-uy4cj well I'm sure I strongly dislike a few Queen songs that you and a lot of fans like but I think far and away Bohemian Rhapsody would be at the top of every Queen fan's list, or at least 97%. For me it's #2 behind t 'the Fairy Fellers Master Stroke' both are Number 1 &2 of all time.
There aren't many bands that authentically covered so many song era and styles as Queen did. Their scope for trying new songs and doing them so brilliantly is truly outstanding. Like all bands they did a few poopers but hardly any really. Every album was covering new ground and sounded unique and unlike the others. Most bands write a lot of crap or average stuff and survive on a few good songs but that simply isn't the case for bands like Queen. We will never see this again, simply because it's unlikely you will get a band with all members actively writing material and of course the way music is consumed today which means albums are dying out and single rule the day. It may be a very long time until we return to the album being a thought out body of work with all songs written to go together sadly.

I really love your video. It often appears in my recommandation and each time, I click on it. It's well made, the song switches at a fast rhythmic pace so it can't be boring, the idea to put pictures to illustrate each song is pure genius.
I have seen many Queen tops on TH-cam and this one is by far my favorite. You give me the will to do my own top.
It's just based on opinion so I understand why some songs I love are not in your top. However, I'm still curious to know what you think about Father to Son and Lily of the Valley, which are two songs I really love and they aren't in this video. It would be great if you can tell me ;)

Just a small mistake... "If you can't beat them" belongs to the Jazz album, not Innuendo... but in general terms very much in agreement with the top. (Missing at some point "The Fairy feller's master stroke" and "The kiss" -one of Freddie's best vocal demonstrations-, also "Face it alone" could easily fit in).
Definitely, the Fairy feller's Master Stroke is the best song ever written.

There aren't many bands that authentically covered so many song era and styles as Queen did. Their scope for trying new songs and doing them so brilliantly is truly outstanding. Like all bands they did a few poopers but hardly any really. Every album was covering new ground and sounded unique and unlike the others. Most bands write a lot of crap or average stuff and survive on a few good songs but that simply isn't the case for bands like Queen.
We will never see this again, simply because it's unlikely you will get a band with all members actively writing material and of course the way music is consumed today which means albums are dying out and single rule the day. It may be a very long time until we return to the album being a thought out body of work with all songs written to go together sadly.
