One thing we can all learn to do just by watching Lil Nas X is get better at backing ourselves more, he's very confident and believes strongly in his abilities, it didn't matter to him that people said he would be a one hit wonder, he believed he would continue to have success and he has. How good would it be if we all can replicate that in our own lives
I had the same exact thought during this interview. What separates us from the people that make it big is that they never let anyone define their worth or abilities and that is something to learn from for sure
I actually identify with what Nas said, like I can be in a relationship but also go a while without being together because I like time to myself and the things I enjoy and I feel like more people should be more understanding of the people who do feel that way because there's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to spend time alone even in relationships as long as there's love and trust it can work out.
