That's a oxymoron. There is no such thing as a biblical house church. Church didn't start until AD381.........no U don't need a qualification to start a house ekklesia, the only qualification required is that you love one another. The early believers from Pentecost to ad312 spread the gospel as a house movement spread largely by slaves not theologians. A house group should not look like a church but more like acts2v42 and Acts4v32-37 and 1 Cor1v10-13.

It's disappointing that you are carrying the baggage from the Institutional Church into biblical Church, instead of doing it by the Book.
