This worked amazing thank you. Questions: 1. Will this also pick up if I upload a new version of a word document (instead of adding a brand-new file) and will it then create the new pdf as a new version also?
DO you find that read file content is failing sometimes. Is there any setting required on server? I am getting this error "message": "The response is not in a JSON format.", "innerError": "Cannot read server response."
im getting the error "Conversion of this file to PDF is not supported. (InputFormatNotSupported / Bad request)" at the convert file step. Any ideas how I could solve this? Thanks!
Hi Dhruvin! This is great! Very helpful for us PA newbys! One question. I modeled my flow to look like yours, yet for some reason, the flow does run successfully, but the .pdf version of my file in my OneDrive does not delete [the word version does, however]. Any insights you can provide on what I've done wrong? Many thanks in advance.
Hi Dhruvin, This is great, but what I want to do is be able to have anyone drop a word file in a SharePoint folder that will automatically be converted to PDF and then emailed. I find doing it the way you recommended will not work as it is using a personal OneDrive (business) account. So although it will work fine while I do it myself it will break if I ever leave the compnay or the account is disabled etc. Is there any way to do what I need: - drop a word file into a SharePoint folder - convert file to PDF - Email file to external parties - archive both word and PDF files into sharepoint location thanks
Dhruvin, Thank you so much! This is just what I was looking for, perfect.
This worked amazing thank you.
