So his blood is what grew her and so as she grew, she grew more into him. Dead things allow plants to grow from their remains and we could see she was growing on his dead carcass. But then Mothra’s dust came and brought him back to life and he, as a hyper-evolving creature. Adapted to the plant growing on him, making her apart of him. Shin evolved to become apart of her growth.

The only reason why Kong is not appearing in the few episodes is because his arm was sliced off by shin Godzilla’s tail beam. But Zilla and the female Godzilla are protecting him until mothra revives him. Don’t worry Kong fans he will come back
