Oh no! Please don't feel discouraged. I don't even study medicine - I do computer science and when I discovered your channel two weeks ago, I felt like I had found my people. I binged through your videos because they had me feeling motivated. I am sure others will find it just like I did. You just have to be more patient and forgiving of yourself and if you can, ignore looking at the stats page all the time. It will pull you back to that bad space if you continue punishing yourself like that.
