Kenya is wasting Dr Ndii. This man should be a top policy maker in the ministry of finance/economic planning. Why are we wasting these top brains. This a tragedy for Africa. Politicians surround themselves with praise singers, nothing more.

Oo my what an intelligent economist, Kenya tuko na a lot of untapped knowledge coz of nepotism.
Uganda cannot satisfy Kenya's sugar market/consumption. Uganda itself is always in sugar crises. Their sugar supply is too irregular.
Finally Jeff Koinange has entered into a boxing ring with someone who can punch harder than him, stronger than him and smarter than him. At the moment Koinange is nothing but a hapless punching bag !
This man is intellect but who make use of his brain.
