How to Receive the Energy:
Connect to the energy: Simply become aware of your personal space and allow the energy from the screen to flow into it.
Relax your body: You may feel movement, emotional release, or even spontaneous mudras. Just let it happen.
Follow your breath: Breathe gently in and out through your nose, with your tongue lightly touching the roof of your mouth.
Pay attention to how you feel in the days following this session-some may experience vivid dreams, reduced stress, or even an energy detox. Allow your chakras to open, and your energy bodies to release any blockages without forcing visualizations. This session focuses on feeling and sensing the energy, allowing your body to align naturally.

However it's funny those that do it for money don't tend to have longer term success, it's those that do it to truly help others do.
