If I do well in my legal Jurisprudence exam it shall be solely through your videos, thank you so much! It would be amazing if you could perhaps visit the case of Masterpiece Cakeshop or Lee v Ashers from a Dworkinian viewpoint?

I'm really confused by how one "treats one race differently from another in a case" when every single one is unique. I'm honestly quite confused by identity politics especially when it comes to race... Each individual has their own unique thought process and is 100% different from one another even in these same groups we call races.

@@powerman2610 It's just publicity, don't worry about it. It's a sham, of course. And your idea about each individual being unique is correct. Nonetheless, biologically you can found similar characteristics regarding one group or another, of course. Still, not enough to define an individual

      its pretty easy
Black schools, were given less funding, worse infrastructure, etc.
White schools got better funding, better infrastructure.
Dependent on your race, you were either intended to receive purposely bad education.

@@dangerouslydubiousdoubleda9821 Black schools are not given less funding... I worked in Newark school district for 12 years. Get the most tech and insane amount of money from the STATE, not even the city. Additional funds, it's completely wasted on bullshit by local leaders and budget dumping . I witness it every day. It's sad and self destruction. We deploy soo many laptops every 6 months and they just go missing.

@@powerman2610 the infrastructure of buildings is worse, schools are funded on property taxes, black majority areas have low property taxes due to redlining, that means those areas get the least funding.
Then you add the mismanagement of money by the administrations and you realize very quickly, little money is actually GOING to the students.
In the case of Plessy v Ferguson, this was even more obvious, black kids were purposely given worse facilities, the quality of black schools especially pre 1960's was abysmal.

You can make laws to give everyone equal opportunities but they can only take advantage of it if they themself also follow the rule of law.
