Pakistan knows it will be eliminated in a all out war with India , it's hope is that radical turkey under Erdogan will intervene but for Erdogan NATO & EU has more value than getting involved against a massive military power like India . Pakistan will find itself isolated. Remember India & Afghanistan Taliban have grown closer & India is heavily involved in Afghanistan projects.
I think india will get a bloody nose if it attacked Pakistan; NATO will not necessarily side with india,nor will Russia under pressure from China.india overall in a precarious position..
