This building was certainly well built. At the rate it's going your looking at another year before the sites cleared.

I have to say this demolition has been going for ages and doesn't seem to be going anywhere. What's worrying is when the demolition work finally arrives near to the Hospital's main entrance - what on earth is the procedure to ensure the safety for everyone entering and leaving this hospital ? Is it wear masks or hold your breath ?

With what I been seeing DSM have pretty much been on schedule, its slow going but in my opinion it's been very professional the ways it's handled in planning, don't need masks i walk through the new hospital all the time to get to the back of the old royal and dust is pretty much to a minimum, not done me any harm the times I been there covering the project

It's not only me who's concerned about the demolition when it eventually come close to the hospital's main entrance. I've spoken to several people outside the hospital who have voiced the same concern. Hopefully you are right in your assumption and there is nothing to worry about. Fingers crossed.
