Hi , "sonar.exclusions" is for server ? , I did not manage this without binding to remote SonarQube server. I mean, when I select scope as "All project files" and run sonarLint analyze , it does not ignore exclusions files.

Yes you can do that. You can add the folders or files to "sonar.exclusions" property
