You've been reading my mind again as I was asking this question this morning, where is my desire? And of course I recognize this was being asked from the separate self. I love how direct this is. Mine is about finances and the feeling of general well being. It is just a story that gets repeated many times. The feeling you have shown when saying Nothing is Missing, in Awareness I Am whole and Compete, then blended with this feeling of being in the flow of life is such a freeing thing. I know i can be loved, and indeed i was loved by multiple people, but i have never been loved by a person that i adored. inside, intelectually i know it can happen but it never happened so far. so it doesn't fill the hole. it's so hard to keep in this mind state that you think you can be loved when you've never been loved in that way, by the people you desired, it's not from lack of something, i just struggle so much because i never experienced
I've been doing your original guided pause steps/questions from the step-by-step version you put out @Theanilareddy & it definitely takes away all desiring for SP to the point I don't think about it all that often; however, the version of SP is worse not better (& that's the first time I've thought that as I had to think of a way to convey my point). So along with your guided pauses you still have to see this person differently and change the story about them, correct? I had a better version when I consistently did inner conversations but find them draining after awhile.
I find myself struggling to grasp the essence of your teachings. While you emphasize awareness, I am acutely aware of the deep emotional pain I am experiencing. It seems as though you dismiss our thoughts and feelings as if they don't exist. Yet, as a human being, my thoughts and feelings are very real and profoundly impactful. My heightened awareness does not alleviate the torturous emotions I am facing in this moment. I am not assigning labels or names to these feelings; I simply recognize that I am in pain. I am trying to understand how your teachings can offer solace or guidance in this situation. You assert that the ego doesn't exist. However, if everything is part of the Ultimate Reality-God, or whatever term you prefer-then surely the ego, thoughts, and feelings are integral aspects of that oneness. Dismissing them seems to negate parts of the whole. I would appreciate clarification on how your philosophy accommodates the genuine human experience of pain and emotion within the context of universal unity.
Hey anila, i am practicing your ways of instructing us to rest in awareness however, i still feel a general sense of anxiety in my body which tricks my mind into thinking i need to be doing something to feel better. I also do blame my adhd and perfectonism for this. What are your opinions on this? do you feel that conditions such as being diagnosed with anxiety or adhd have an influence in our way of being or is that just a story we are buying into?
Who is the one who is anxious? Who is the one who is experiencing ADHD? Are those not just another story that you’re telling? I was given the label of Autism which I’ve completely changed my perspective of, and thus the “symptoms” have changed. I’m also really into shadow work, but I also recognise where I’m labelling certain tensions in my body as resistance that must be let go of. What is that but another label? Another story?
I used to have PTSD and I'm ADHD. Since I follow the guided pauses she proposes my experience has change. I am fully present while I have an anxiety episode, embracing each sensation like if I'm living in my body for the first time. I ask myself 'how is this moving or changing?' and this questions points in the direction of being aware. I've doing it for 5 months and it's getting lighter and briefer. A couple of days ago I dreamed of a time where I played professional chess seated for hours, projecting the game ahead in my mind. I woke up from the dream and the thought arising was 'I can sit through important tasks'. I'm beginning to question my ADHD. But the label doesn't matter, what matters is what is arising now
So recognizing that I am already one with my dream job is all that I have to "do" in order to live that life? I can stop applying to jobs and allow it to naturally flow into my life?
Better yet when you apply for the job. How i manifested my jobs are to feel as if you already been accepted to work there and you started working. Go home feeling excited about having that job and wait. You will feel it naturally if that job will hire you. If they won't it will feel like a forced emotion and thought feeling than true to you. Ive manifested 2 jobs one happened quickly within 1 day. The second job happened within a few months because i wanted the job so bad i kept forcing the feelings so I let it go all together and they reached out to me after letting it go and i now work there. Meanwhile i kept it in my mind small visions of me working at the job i felt i was forcing to manifest for me it felt unnatural but over time those small visions of me working here actually happened for me months later.
To make this simple and easy for you even if you cant visual in mind your subconscious can see it you cant clearly see an image in your mind like some can. I can not. But just going to that place you want to work and see their processes and uniforms and talking to employees as if you work there too will work faster because over time it begins to feel natural to be there. Thats what i done. Visualized felt as if and spoke with the employees as if i was one.
Hi Anila! So, when you get into this state of awareness and feel you are one with everything and nothing is missing then shouldn’t we stop desiring for things? And in this case how can a desire still materialise in the 3D if it does no longer exist? This still confuses me. Thank you so much for your insight in these videos ❤️
If you fall in love with someone, then marry them, does that mean you now no longer want them? If all is going well, then no, you continue to love and desire your spouse even as you “have” them. Just because you now have your spouse does not mean you suddenly stop wanting them. If you want a baby, then you have a baby, does that mean you now no longer want your baby? You still continue to love and want your baby, even though they are now in existence and yours. If you have loving parents already, does that mean you stop wanting loving parents? Or do you continue to want them in your life, always, even as you already have them? Desire can be sustained and continuous, and is not always denoting a lack of some finite thing. In many cases, desire and having are beautifully intertwined, symbiotic. You can continue to desire and enjoy the things/people/etc you already have.
❤Asking the mirror why it's not smiling and always asking the question where what is missing at this moment always gives you the perspective that in fact, in the consciousness that is you everywhere, nothing can be missing.
