- For the fourth year in a row, the PlayList Retreat brings some of the most talented DJs, producers, singer/songwriters and instrumentalists together at DJ Jazzy Jeff's home to inspire, motivate and fuel collaboration. @djjazzyjeff you are an amazing human in the music industry. Sadly, I missed the retreat at SXSW this year. I was supposed to go, but complications with shows/travel held me up. I look forward to next year connecting with you there or maybe sooner. Salute to all you do and have done for the culture!! You're one of the good ones.

I'm glad Jeff mentioned hierarchies and how there are none at his retreat the DJ community is filled with these and they hinder up and coming DJs from progressing because "they're not big enough" I hate that toxic mentality

my hunch is that he was describing the song as, "so smooth..." as opposed to ID'ing the track.
It's Masego singing I'm pretty sure, I haven't heard it before and can only assume its a track that was made at the retreat. Really hope it gets released
