Mirra seems quite sweet and shy, I hope she gets to stay that way and doesn't become endlessly hounded by the media into becoming tired and cynical, before her time.
Just turned 16 and able to perform so well on court and off court. She has a nice game to watch and I expect we'll be seeing her at all the majors. She's gone from 143 to 98 in the rankings and I expect her to keep winning. So far, Sabalenka is the only one who has been a problem in a match. Everybody else seems to be going down in two sets.
3:00 the reporter told 3 times "and admire", but seems clearly like "Haddad Maia". Because of this, Mirra thought (and me, too) that he told "Haddad Maia" (Beatriz, the Brazilian). That was funny.
I'm truly impressed with with her upbringings, behavior, maturity, politeness and high level conversation with journalists. Acrabalenka should take some lessons from her.
I'm back here because the match against Jabeur will happen now ^^ Also to just go ahead and say "the Simon Mathieu is not that big" is hilarious. Reminds me of 18 years old Djokovic saying that Nadal is beatable and "nothing special" on clay. Kinda arrogant, but it also makes sense for a player to acknowledge their potential and how good they already are.
I don't like these comparisons because there's always something better you can point at. Steffi Graf won all 4 Grand Slams and an Olympic Gold when she was 19. Does that make Hingis less impressive? Does Hingis make Mirra less impressive? I think the answer is no. Also, different eras. Mirra has everything it takes to be #1, let's appreciate great talent, because she is.
Это ее работа приходить на пресс-конференцию после матча. Человек явно чувствует себя комфортно. получает удовольствие и понимает для чего она это делает, но вам, конечно виднее. Всегда есть опция не отвечать на вопрос, если он не понравился.
Imagine being 16 and doing a press conference in a language thats not your mother tongue! What an impressive young woman, i hope she goes far ❤
shes training in france, used to work with different language :D
Big congratulations little star ,Love from India 🇮🇳
A star is born. Future number 1 for sure

Love her authenticity. Would love to see her play Jabeur.
She's about to play Jabeur now :D
I love her and now I’m in a dilemma because she’s going to be playing my other favourite teenager. I guess I’ll be happy for whoever wins.
Congrats to Mirra 👏🎾❤️
Excellent Interview😊
3:45 that reporter is terrible. Its time for him to hand over the job to someone else. Poor Mirra... leave her alone.
Thank u so much for this interview ❤❤
What a cutie!!
Juega maravillosamente mlegara lejos
Interestingly, you can't find French Open highlights from Mirra's matches.

I hope she gets to win 25, as she plans!
Too bad she lost to Gauff today after winning the first set. She just needs more big matches.
Surprised she didn't know the word Admire.
Novak Factor
No idea why she is promoted this way..She is 16 & Hingis won her first slam by the time she was 16.

@allweknowisfalling7322 But over supported I feel ...there are many who have the potential
Who was the opponent? Missed the game butvwould like to have known who she played.poor reporting.
Diane Parry, young French prospect.
Charmante !
какой у неё рост?

Mirra wrongly interpreted 'admire' as Haddad-maia... Lmao
So you're saying reporter didn't say haddad maia I could have swear he said it lol
@@khurramali3634 He said 'admired' if my ears are working correctly
@@playwithvihaan7601 ok I thought it was odd now makes much more sense
Girl stop giving so many interviews, it’s not good for u
It's compulsory ... not her choice huhuhu
Her list of nice people: Frances Tiafoe, Coco Gauff, Ons Jabeur… Do you see where this is going? There’s a commonality.
They are all tennis players? 🤔 I really don't understand what are you talking about 🤷🏻
Журналюги, гореть вам в аду, ну вы что к девочке прицепились со своими дебильными вопросами...
