This guide aside..remember this my filthy casuals. Ghosts is a MARATHON not a Sprint. The biggest thing I tell my D2 Clan members. When you are soloing ANY dungeom take as LONG as you need. Safety is better than speed.
So true. I love soloing everything I can in Destiny 2. The thing that will kill me the most is when I stop being 'paitient,' Lack of patience is the mind killer when trying to go solo flawless. lol
The reality is not “everyone “ can solo this dungeon. It is the most difficult dungeon in the game. The final boss is just an endurance test like no other
Your damage phases on the first boss stressed me out so much 😅😅 no Banner of War procced, no melees to use. Remember: you can grab 2 Vestiges, and hold off on the last one until you have your super, abilities, ammo, and in strand titan's case, Banner of War x4 20-30 seconds
At the final encounter #1 the knight doesn’t have to be in the green circle on the ground, you need to be. #2 if the boss is hovering over or nearly over one of the spots (Green ring) it will not register so try one of the 2 other spots. #3 don’t know about Strand being Better than solar during season of the wish + boss dmg phase as you will be standing still a lot during shield break (start of phase) I rather have solar restoration to keep my healthcare up.
I tried this last night, and I am gathering that I need some better, very big deeps heavy weapons. Any recommandations? I used a crafted Bequest on Ec'thar, with Vorpal and Relentless, and as far as I could tell, doing only light attacks, almost kept me safer, and did more consistent damage, than trying to heavy attack him. Sometimes I would just go flying right past him, with heavy attack. But on the last boss, I tried Pro Memoria with B&S, and it didn't even scratch her, and neither did my Briar's with Focused Fury.. So I gave up, tbh. So I gotta do it all again.
I can't solo flawless this or any other dungeon in this game. I am 69 years old and if I have to something once, fine, but having to do the same thing over and over and over again just to get to another area where you have to do something over and over and over again, well it just pisses me off and I quit doing it
IDK why you wanted to put your age in here but on the repetitiveness…seems Bungie doesn’t know how to make NEW content like other MMOs. They like a rinse and repeat…look at Starcrossed, RIvens Lair and Coil. We are having to go in and complete, out and turn in then back in and out, over and over for one wk only to do it all again the next wk. This is a bad wash and repeat dungeon that has parts bugged everytime you go into it. I tried going into the “water door” 2 times over 20 mins and it wouldnt let me through then once actually bounced me out a distance before letting me go in.
I love your vids but come on I can't do Lost Sectors flawless... been watching vids on this dungeon for a week. Trying to muster the nerve to try with a team😅
i didnt hav any prob with the difficulty i jus hav bad short term memory so i kept forgetting wut symbols in the deepsight for dps soon as i jump down in water i woukd forget wut i jus lookd at and pick the wrong one and wipe lol
or just type in fireteam chat what symbol is it in short term that you can understand in the short glance. Adjust the chat settings that it is always on screen also helps
it helps reduce the base cooldown but if you have other mods/class tree abilities that are doing that it could free you up to not devote as much to that particular stat but it could also help its regeneration that much more
Did they lower the health of the final boss?? Before it was something around 13M!!! I ask this because I heard some people saying that the last boss's health was shorter.
This is the worst dungeon Bungie have ever made. It is garbage. Underwater slow travel for miles and miles, shitty runes to remember. Massive bullet sponge boss. Absolute shit.
When they announced season of the deep, my first thought was: surely they don't just make slow boring underwater transitions, that would be the worst thing ever. I honestly couldn't believe that this is what they actually did. On the plus side, this made me actually put the game down for a few month

I would recommend arc hunter with assassin cowl with a 1 2 punch shote for easy kills on the 3 lightbearers and in is so your not getting beamed
Dungeon report says that even you haven’t solo flawlessed this dungeon.
nope... my toddler usually finds a way to disrupt that for me so the flawless part still evades me

I completed my first solo GotD yesterday. It was a painful 520 minutes, but I did it.

Maybe try prophecy its a hard dungeon but most of the bosses can be 1 or 2 fazed easily

Give it a go. Went down with a team last night. Made it to final checkpoint. This is no easy dungeon. Didn't finish :(

Take a picture with your phone and have it open next to you on the pic
