TF is Dale quacking about, "King is an easy character?" The way some people play King, like a brawler, maybe, but King has a complex series of combos that can be interlinked and are not always easy to pull-off. While Dale plays Victor, one of the best known carry characters because of his odd fight patterns and 'glitching' movements.
And yet victor is easy to beat because he's linear. Just dont press, king gets unnecessary damage and is boring to watch and play against. Huge difference.
Heard that they made king easier compared than before and some pros like lowhigh have no idea how to deal with kings since he has good mids other things.

As someone who watched Hearthstone pro player matches on stream. Stream sniping was very bad, because you could see his cards and play accordingly. Giving you a huge advantage.
