  • Learn how to make bead stitch crochet in this tutorial video. Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. In this video I'll show you the basics of bead stitch crochet, which is created by making a puff stitch sideways. This is a nice textured stitch pattern for a blanket, scarf, shawl, bag, hat, and more.
    For my sample I'm using worsted weight yarn and a size H 5 mm crochet hook. Feel free to use any other size yarn and corresponding hook as well.
    This is part of my Stitchorama by Naztazia collection.

    I’m planning on making a Bible Cover for my Bible. I just figured out what stitch to use! This would be beautiful in rainbow colors! I may separate each row using white or black.

    My, my...love the colored beads. That would also be so pretty as a tone-on-tone lapghan or sofa blanket (to showcase the bead stitches in a subtle, subdued way).

    If I want to use less rows of the bead stitch, would I just make 3 rows of the sc, exsc rows? Thanks, Lois

    Lovely stitch. when you're doing the single crochet rows between the bead stitch rows it looks like you're crocheting into the back loop only. Is this correct, or am I seeing it wrong?

    • @naztazia
      @naztazia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Single crochet stitches are done under both loops. Not sure where you are seeing it done under the back loops in the video?

    Hi Donna i just following your channel .can i ask something please? Can i use this pattern for a coin purse 👛 with frame12cm?

    • @naztazia
      @naztazia  ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh most definitely! You can do it in two different ways - you can do it in the round, or just make two back and forth regular rows in a smaller square shape, then sew them along the edges together for the back and front of the coin purse.
