Bilkul! @cmj13! Jab site set out plan mein koi curvature hota hai, tab precision bahut zaroori hoti hai. Measurements ko sahi tarah se adjust karna padta hai aur khas tareeke se kaam karna hota hai, taki layout aur alignment bilkul accurate ho.

Center line , bina 90° nikala kaisa ho sakte hai.
And Reffrence point pehala banana cahiya ,

Aur NGL sea kitna neecha jana hai. No information.
Footing sea 300 mm bada kar cutting hai, but PCC is also a reason.
Sir ye permanent reference point kaha se pta hota hai, jaroori thodi naa ki plot always rectangular or square hi ho. Quadrilateral yaa hexagonal bhi ho sakta hai.
