You said you choose comfort over speed. Ive shot this and I agree the hump at the end is not tasteful. But this puts out some speed. I put your numbers in a calculator and if you backed the poundage out to 63 you’d lose 10fps to be at 282-285ish. What would you think of the draw cycle at that weight? A lot more enjoyable to pull?

That’s exactly what I would do if I was to put in the field. Great comment

Love the honest opinion about it being louder and nasty dump at rear. I do wonder if the newer cam option get rid of the nasty dump. It is a speed bow so that is why dump is there. I'm going to have to try one with the new cam and see if the draw cycle has been improved. The light weight is attraactive. My problem is I shoot Mathews V3X so I know it will be lounder.

Good review. Kinda weird to list all the changes they made and also say it’s the same as the Mach one except the cams. Lots of small changes were made. Thanks for the review

Bro... you shot the highest fps you have with a 500 grain arrow... it isn't a suprise that the cams are not linear when drawing especially at a32v axle to axle. To get high fps you either shot an aggressive cam at 70lbs or you shoot an easy to pull linear cam at 80 lbs. There really isn't a way around it to get higher fps. By the way the rx7 is slower that's why it pulls easy. Good review though. I enjoy your content.

A little late - I have a newer version E2 cam too with the snap-on shims. It is superb for spot and stalk, light and fast. With my 31” draw @70lbs it’s punching out my 465gr arrows at 304 fps and my 3 arrows at 315fps! Yet the hold and accuracy is the best I have had yet. So the draw cycle gives you speed and energy but doesn’t affect my accuracy.

Hahaha! All people say: this bow with E2 cam have a bad cicle, and shot a lot off “x” in 5 min than say, man this bow is super accurate!

I bet if you'd had that RX4 Turbo on the #2 cam it would have been right in the same fps ballpark but that is what it is.. if you're over a 28'' draw you need the #3 cam. I'm about a 28.25'' draw so the #2 cam and a little longer d loop got the cams maxxed out. From the reviews I've seen, there's about a 5-6fps difference between the #2 maxxed out and the #3 on a lower DL setting so that would have put in right there with the levitate's speed. Those cams look exactly the same profile as the ones on my PSE full throttle but have better valley so it has to be more comfortable but still... super aggressive cams.

The levitate is shorter which some prefer , a lot of guys think 34” ata is a target bow , I know that’s silly but that’s what they think

The v3x draw is considerably more stiff than the levitate. Coming off the v3x the levitate is a dream compared to it. Had a rx7 too, it was nice but as far as carbons go, the levitate is a touch above the Hoyt.

People, never ever buy a bow you didn't shoot. Ever. I did it once and was very lucky. Never again. And have it set up to your draw. Don't be dumb and test a bow that's not set up properly and for you. It makes a lot of difference in the draw, the feel, speed, etc etc

Smart words if your spending 1300 hundred on a flagship bow make sure it is the bow for you. I like pse and bowtech. I shot both for a good bit of time at my 29 inch draw. And I bought the bowtech revolt.two bows in one wt the flip disc tech. Deadlock cams. Take care
