7:48 if you stacked the triggers you can also copy the cascade triggers meaning you can cascade 4 times :)

Not just that. He cast an eldrazi spell, allowing him to pay 2 more colorless to double all spells and triggers since it triggered Ulalek's ability (which is specifically Eldrazi spells).
So then he would have been able to steal 12 creatures (he miscounted, he was going to steal 6 creatures, not 7), have 4 copies of the Hideous Taskmaster. And since all the spells and triggers would've still been on the stack and unresolved because Cascade triggers mid-casting, he would've had no choice but to double his cascade triggers, that means he would've had 2 cascades left after his two free spell casting, meaning he would have 4 cascades left to play after the 2nd doubling of triggers.
And that's due to Cascade triggering while the spell is cast, meaning that all the creatures and their triggers are still on the stack and not on the battlefield, just freely floating and waiting to resolve. By the way he steals 12 creatures because the trigger of stealing 1 creature per opponent was doubled, so it became twice that effect, then doubled again so it became 4 times. Not because there were 4 hideous taskmasters, because technically he only cast the first one, the others are just copies floating in the stack.
He would've also had 2 copies of Abstruse Archaic and 2 copies of Glaring Fleshraker, which when the second Glaring Fleshraker (the copy) would've entered the battlefield from the top of the stack once all the cascade triggers are done and the spells and triggers begins to resolve, it would trigger the first one that was cast and deal damage, but unfortunately not creature a spawn so you only get the damage from the entering of the originally cast Glaring Fleshraker.
Then afterwards, his two copies of Abstruse Archaic would enter the battlefield, trigger both Glaring Fleshraker's enter the battlefield effects and deal 4 damage total to each opponent, for a now combined 5 damage to each opponent. But again, since no spell was cast after the Glaring Fleshrakers entered the battlefield, no Eldrazi Spawns are made, as they would've entered the battlefield only after all the cascade triggers were done and the other 4 spells were cast and resolved before the Glaring Fleshraker's entered the battlefield. Funny enough he drew those 4 cards and they all happened to be within the Cascade's casting cost range. So in order, he would've resolved Return of the Wildspeaker first, which unfortunately with none of the haste creatures on the battlefield the +3/+3 would only resolve on Zhulodok and Ulalek, the card draw would be the most beneficial, which would be 7 cards thanks to Zhulodok.
After that it would be the Talisman entering the battlefield, giving him access to 1 mana. Then Eldrazi Confluence, which is unfortunately cast before Chittering Dispatcher, which would've allowed him to create some Eldrazi Spawns if it was the other way around. He could use the +3/-3 to destroy some creatures, or the blink effect to reduce defenders he wouldn't be stealing with the effect of Hideous Taskmaster, or just straight up make those 3 Eldrazi Spawns from the last effect. Then finally Chittering Dispatcher would come in, but he only makes spawns when he leaves the battlefield and he doesn't have haste. So all of these spells have no offensive capability, but we now have 1 available mana from the Talisman.
That one available mana from the Talisman would then allow him to pay for the ability of one of the Abstruse Archaic. Now, with that you could copy one of the triggers on the stack. So you could choose to either copy a damage from the Glaring Fleshraker and deal 1 additional damage to all opponent, or you could stack another set of 3 creatures stolen by copying the cast effect of Hideous Taskmaster.
That said, following that would be the 4 copies of Hideous Taskmaster, which entering the battlefield triggers both Glaring Fleshrakers, causing 8 total damage combined with the previous 5 damage means 13 damage to each opponent has been dealt.
Meaning he would've had a board of 4 Hideous Taskmasters with haste, trample and annihilator 1, 12 stolen creatures with haste, trample and annihilator 1, Potentially 9 damage already dealt to each of his opponents. All ready to attack. Unfortunately everything else would not be capable of doing any damage as nothing else has Haste.
That said, you now can immediately attack all 3 opponents with 16 Annihilator 1s. So you've now caused 16 permanents to be sacrificed across 3 opponents, of which after having stolen 12 creatures is likely their lands, artifacts and enchantments. Most likely lands last unless extremely vital other permanents were present.
And with the copy effect of one of the Abstruse Archaic using the Talisman that was cascaded into, you could then choose to either deal 14 damage total instead of 13 damage to each opponent and steal 12 creatures for 16 annihilator. Or Deal 13 damage to each opponent and steal 15 creatures total for 19 Annihilator. Assuming that there are 15 creatures to steal. There might not be, so the 14 damage might be more beneficial depending on the circumstances...
Not that it matters, because of the misplay of casting Ulalek with only 4 mana when he needed 5 colorless mana. Ugin only reduces generic mana cost and Ulalek requires specifically either colored mana or colorless mana.

Oh. I forgot to add. If he would've pulled a cheap Eldrazi instant spell, of which there is only one applicable here and he luckily didn't remove it from the precon, that is if he pulled Eldritch Immunity from the 7 card draw with Return of the Wildspeaker, he would've been able to cast Eldritch Immunity for 1 colorless by sacrificing 1 spawn created from Eldrazi Confluence. Then sacrifice the other two spawns to copy all the spells and triggers on the stack.
If he was lucky and pulled that one specific instant eldrazi spell, because it needs to be an eldrazi spell to trigger Ulalek and at this point only an Instant can interact with the stack mid-resolution, this would then copy everything waiting to resolve.
Meaning he would've then had 2 Talisman, enabling him to activate 2 of his Abstruse Archaic. He would've also had 2 Chittering Dispatcher. 4 Glaring Fleshraker. Of which now the calculation of damage completely changes. As the first copy comes in, nothing happens. Second copy comes in, deals 1 damage. Third copy comes in, deals 2 damage. Original spell comes in, deals 3 damage. So we're at 6 now.
And now every creature that comes in deals 4 damage to each opponent. And now we have 4 copies of Abstruse Archaic. So suddenly it's now 16 damage to each opponent, plus the previous 6 damage for a total of 6. And we still haven't had the 8 Hideous Taskmaster come in, since the previous 4 has been doubled.
So with 8 Hideous Taskmaster coming in, we'd trigger all 4 Glaring Fleshraker, dealing 32 damage to each opponent. So now we just dealt a total of 48 damage to each opponent, so now only those who had some early lifegain are still standing.
And now we steal 24 creatures, which is doubtful that by then there are 24 creatures to steal. So basically just assume you steal every creature on the battlefield, and they all have Annihilator 1, alongside your 8 Hideous Taskmasters. Which each do 7 damage to begin with. So you now have 56 damage to spread between your opponents, if any survived the 48 damage from the Glaring Fleshrakers. And you also still have the two effect on the stack copy you can do from Abstruse Archaic. Unless you'd rather use the free floating 2 mana from the two talisman for something else... Either way, everything's dead and annihilated.
Edit: Made a mistake. Wrote 36 creatures stolen, that was my bad. It's 24 creatures stolen. 8 x 3. Also I made a mistake in the previous post with "but unfortunately not creature a spawn so you only get the damage from the entering of the originally cast Glaring Fleshraker." It should've been, "but unfortunately this won't create a spawn"
And he would've also had to have had the foresight to save his colorless mana and spend his colored mana first to begin this duplication insanity to begin with. So if any of you want to do Ulalek copy shenanigans. Remember that once you start, you want to have as much available colorless mana to spend. And you can only duplicate when you cast an Eldrazi spell, so you may want to consider Tribal/Kindred Changeling instant spells since those would count as Eldrazi spells or something allowing you to just play anything as if it had flash.

Echeos of Eternity is kinda nutty with this, because it's an Eldrazi enchantment you can double it with Ulalek. So you'll end up with two copies of Echoes of Eternity meaning that whenever you cast any colorless spells you have 5 copies of it on the stack and if any of them were Eldrazi, Ulalek can duplicate it 3 times due to the two echoes of eternity repeating the trigger.
That said, theoretically since you now have multiple Ulalek duplication pay option triggers on the stack, you could theoretically duplicate them for infinite duplication option. Meaning you spend one of your duplication of all triggers and spells from Ulalek, but since you have two copies of that triggers on the stack due to Echoes of Eternity, you now have 4 After all, Ulalek's ability begins with Whenever, being a triggered ability means it entered the stack and Echoes of Eternity copies the effect, but won't copy the other Echoes of Eternity's trigger copying effect, but does impact the spell copy effect of echoes of eternity, ergo why we have the first 5 spells to begin with on one casting.
But back to Ulalek, even with just a base 3 duplication at a cost of 6 colorless mana. You go from 5 copies to 10 to 20 to 40.
Let's say he had It That Heralds The End during this play and also had Echoes of Eternity. After paying 8 mana, or rather 6 mana due to the discount from Ugin meaning 4 to cast Echoes of Etenrity and 2 to copy it. He could, if he had 7 colorless mana, play It That Heralds The End, get 4 copies on top of the original spell cast, then duplicate it and get 40 It That Heralds The End, discounting all his 7 cost spells down to 0 (or rather -33, but it can't go below 0) and also adding +39/+39 to each other It That Heralds The End and +40/+40 to all other colorless creatures.
A Crashing Drawbridge would be useful right about now.
