1.The v cone blender is made of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at an angle of 75-90 °. 2.the blender container is mounted on trunnions. So the container can be tumbled. 3.as the V-blender tumbles, the material continuously splits and continuously recombines. So that the material freely falls randomly inside the vessel. 4.the repetative converging and diverging motion of material and the length of the shell also results the homogenous mixing of the material. 5.the primary mechanism is diffusion Diffusion blending: is characterised by small scale random motion of solid particles. Blender movement increases the mobility of the individual particles and thus promote diffusive mixing. Blender speed also influence the mixing efficiency. At lower blender speeds, the shear forces are low. But at higher blender speeds provide more shear, it leads to greater dusting that results segregation of fines. V cone blenders are designed to operate at 50% to 80% of the critical speed.

Shear and stress
1.The v cone blender is made of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at an angle of 75-90 °.
2.the blender container is mounted on trunnions. So the container can be tumbled.
3.as the V-blender tumbles, the material continuously splits and continuously recombines. So that the material freely falls randomly inside the vessel.
4.the repetative converging and diverging motion of material and the length of the shell also results the homogenous mixing of the material.
5.the primary mechanism is diffusion
Diffusion blending: is characterised by small scale random motion of solid particles.
Sir g please make the videos of centrifugation 🙏🙏🙏🙏 it's and your lacture is Very helpfull for me and my friends 🙏🙏🙏 sir g please make videos
