Well I finally finished listening to this uptempo anthem so to speak,HOH 2022 and Dominator 2022,I knew that sooner or later MOH would make a bad decision when it came to choosing an anthemaker but I didn't imagine that the one chosen for this tragicomedy was Deadly Guns again lol😂,btw does anyone remember The Skull Dynasty by Destructive Tendencies in 2017?In that year it had bad reviews but in my opinion it was an good and passable anthem although for others they considered it the worst anthem in MoH story Now returning to the present, I think we already found a new champion who ended up dethroning him🤣,the skull dynasty practically passes last place on the list of best anthems and regarding my feeling when listening to this anthem, I think it is not necessary to mention it because some have already mentioned it in the comments. Being an MOH anthemmaker was supposed to be a great honor for a producer and his opportunity to demonstrate his love, passion, creativity, inspiration and art for hardcore to make the listener get goosebumps and become one with the anthem, either by living it as if in another universe, dancing to it with emotion, singing it with pride, humming the melodies euphorically, that is what those past anthems offered us. and something else to add if from here MOH plans to choose more of these artists with a large number of followers but without having the minimum requirements to produce a true anthem that can last through the times I can only say that “Cosmic Conquest ” was the last of the best past anthems that we were able to appreciate in the entire MOH story.🙏
What is the age of the ones responsible for bringing in this to the scene of gabbers? been in the hardcore since 1996, and styles come and go and some stay, the old thunderdome brought emotional movie qoute samples, lovely kicks and wonderful melodies you felt something for that music, Today ive kind of lost my excitement for new releases because most is the same sounding. just a high pitched cutoff kick and a distorted baseline, some rapper telling how hard and gangsta he is and no real storytelling and no emotion. The industry has changed I'm not going to say the phrase "it was better before" but there is a big problem in making uptempo so popular you make it detestable, it's no longer an enthusiast's style but a pump of money for a whole new generation… I was a big fan of uptempo until post Covid where in a certain way the industry forced all artists to play it to survive.. this anthem is only the reflection of all that... in short if I want uptempo I would go see F.Noize during I think a set which will be magical and nostalgic for a distant era. I'm not criticizing anyone, unfortunately that's what life believes and calls it money and that's normal. it's just regrettable and I sincerely hope that the promoters and organizers will end up listening to their entire fan base and not just a generation that consumes what we give them while always being able to see and rewatch the same sets, played by the same artist at each event.
I like Deadly Guns, but this song can't be called an anthem. I even liked last year's anthem with Gridkiller, which wasn't so well received, but this one is outside of what an anthem was supposed to be. It seems like a trailer song to post on tiktok to advertise, and not a song with personality and essence.

(I give reasons for not liking Uptempo because there are many DJs who don't seem to make music with enthusiasm.)

I like Deadly Guns, but this song can't be called an anthem. I even liked last year's anthem with Gridkiller, which wasn't so well received, but this one is outside of what an anthem was supposed to be. It seems like a trailer song to post on tiktok to advertise, and not a song with personality and essence.

@@TimoV2003 Recently MOH has been suffering from some old fans who don't like Uptempo and in the video of Gridkiller's anthem I saw some comments talking badly about the anthem, saying that the old ones were better... nowadays there might not be many comments like that Appearing. (I give reasons for not liking Uptempo because there are many DJs who don't seem to make music with enthusiasm.)

Quite a good DG song, but it lacks the "epic feel" of a MoH anthem and doesn't do justice to the hardcore subgenres except uptempo...

Zaag kicks are ruining the Hardstyle and hardcore scene, they´re so overrated. That´s why I keep listening to artists like Angerfist, he understands what hardcore is about and just keeps evolving on his own style.
