Man, you’re so lucky to fly Buisness all the time. I WILL get there at some point 😅 - Even if they didn’t feed me it would just be a dream to have all that ROOM! Would finally be able to sleep like a baby instead of worrying about it I’m going to bother the person next to me. Lol.
Hehe well what's nice about Iberia is that they're one of the cheapest ways to fly business class from the US to Europe. Off peak you can get from NYC, Chicago, DC or Boston to Madrid for just 34,000 Avios points one way (68K round trip). And of course as I touched on in the video, Avios points are so easy for folks in the US to obtain via various different credit card point currencies...

Not so much upgrades but rather booking business class outright. The 55,500 point figure I mentioned in the video was for a full blown business class Avios redemption (not an upgrade from economy)
I took iberia in economy, prem economy and business, business class not worth it at all, food presentation is mediocre, prem economy food in other airlines are much better than the business class food on iberia

I agree that it's definitely lacking when compared to the competition and could do with both some soft product improvements and changes in the approach to customer service

British Airways tampoco es perfecta y tiene sus propios defectos y simplemente muestro las cosas tal como sucedieron y si hay algo que me decepciona, prefiero ser sincero y honesto al respecto.

I'm certainly inclined to agree. Hard product was alright but as you said, the soft product left a lot to be desired
Great review but ive heard Iberia are pretty bad, no drinks service prior to take off? and that breakfast looks atrocious
Yeah those two points are correct. No pre departure beverages and the breakfast was indeed borderline inedible
