Take a nap if you can and yes take D3 but also take B-Complex as well as a multiple vitamin. You always do a great job & I think you would be amazing doing voice overs for cartoons or on the radio!👍🏻😍

Aldis petite steaks are very good especially if you marinate them before grilling.
Hi Amy. Grapes at Walmart yesterday were $6.98lb. We bought the green Aldi grapes. Our Aldi is very empty. Freezer section where Finds usually are has rocket Popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, etc, or empty sections. Our ad doesn't show cheesecake. The Finds food aisle was just regular Clancy's potato chips mainly. The other 2 aisles were mostly empty. Is anyone else's Aldi having supply issues? They just had broccoli. California mix for frozen veggies,no corn, no green beans, no mixed vegetables ,etc. Empty spots with fries. Breads are usually very low. Never see the kaiser buns. Seltzer was low. Out of whole milk. 3 people were in the meat section, and it looked very empty. I didn't bother. This is cental Florida.

Hi Amy I'm sorry to hear about you having a lot of anxiety. Have you had your vitamin D levels checked. If you are deficient that could be why you have anxiety. I was told I was bipolar with anxiety and everything and was put on medication but in all actuality I was deficient in vitamin D. Ever since I've been taking D3 with K2 I have been fine. Vitamin D has everything to do with your whole body. I have found that all doctors want to do is put you on medication instead of getting to the root cause. Anyways I hope you feel better and thank you for everything you do. I'll be praying for you.🙏❤

I was shocked to see how small that table top fire pit is and those water proof storage boxes don't fit my phone unless I take the case off and my phone is 6.5 inches long. (The case is 6.75 inches long.) Going to return that. Finally my store got the collapsible aldi totes! Been waiting for 3 weeks. I am sad to know you have been having a rough go of it , Amy!

Just bought my dog two of the floating dog toys. Turtle and Star fish. She destroys stuffed toys, so the canvis material of these toys I dont think she will destroy. Plus, it's a great price for these considering how big they are.

Hi Amy, I'm so sorry to hear about increased anxiety. I truly understand. I'm interested in pickle ball. Any idea how you play it? My grandson loves Bluey, he just turned one. You said you have the pet pool. How good is it with dogs nails? We have LARGER dogs (4). I'm interested in the rocking pizza cutter. Not sure what ya call it lol.

I got the lemon hair accessories today. I chose the set that contained a clear clip with lemons, 2 lemon bobby pins and a yellow and white palm size brush. It is all very good quality. I love a good product that helps a good cause AND it prices out cheaper than The Dollar Tree. These sets would definitely make great gifts. I am keeping the brush and clip in my car. 🍋

Aldi’s fresh fish is excellent.
Sweet friend, I’ve battled severe anxiety my entire life. Everything from panic attacks to agoraphobia, I’ve dealt with it. There has been very few things that has made measurable improvement, but DBT therapy has helped . Obviously, I don’t know where you are in your journey, but as long as you’re working on it your life with get better.❤️🩹 I’m sending you much love and hugs.😘
