In Florida they sell a hot sauce called Micanopy sauce and it’s pretty dang good.

This bears very little resemblance to the Micanopy I grew up near in the 60s-70s.
I am new to Gainesville but Micanopy is definitely a beautiful community. Thank you for your comment.
