@Caster Tamamo-no-Mae Practice plans are mostly for going into a stage and learning how it works. They are especially helpful for Challenge Mode stages because if you retreat from them, it takes away a big chunk of your sanity
Caster Tamamo-no-Mae on the later stages like challenge mode, you will only get 50% sanity restored when you retreat so using practice plans help a lot
