- The Buccaneers introduced Liam Coen as their new offensive coordinator during Tuesday’s introductory press conference. OC Coen discussed his gratefulness for the opportunity, QB Baker Mayfield being an ‘igniter’ and his eagerness to get going.

Definitely man. We're in a great spot. Licht has become a premier GM. His drafting has been greatly improved.

@jaretrojas7915 lol, I worked for Triple A for 15 years and drove up on more women trying to change a tire than men. I swear on more than one occasion, two guys sitting in a car that were bigger than me, didn't get out the whole time I changed the tire. I'm 6'4" 275 lbs.

Looks like a good move. Liam Coen sounds good. Hopefully we can keep Baker Mayfield and definitely Mike Evans. Evans has been a very loyal Buccaneer for a long time and a huge producer. Hopefully keep both of those guys.
I have a feeling Baker will stay in Tampa for a number of reasons from the weather and strength of the division to Florida not having a state income tax which makes a difference with a multi million dollar contract

@@ronaldbrooks5427 There are TELLS, giveaways on certain sets, certain splits the wr line up at certain stances the tackle, guard line up at, certain formations that can give a play away on film study, the media doesn't have to know all the man scheme.

Coach Bowles has had 3 different OC’s in 3 years.
And still made the playoffs which is pretty impressive.
Well Byron was a failure and a product of Arians not Bowles, and Canales was a success as a rookie playcaller and a good hire for Bowles, now all thats left is to see what Liam is like this upcoming season

One thing this man needs to understand is that the reason why the Bucs won a playoff game last season because they spreaded The ball and if you only throw to Mike evans Chris Godwin then that’s when baker throws pics and he looks like browns baker then we end up with 4-12

I think Baker Mayfield is a good to very good quarterback but not great. He has a chance to move up the ladder. I suspect he might have a let down year in 2024 because he's coming off a contract year where he was playing to get the big dollars. This coming year will say a lot about what he's really all about inside.
Nah baker not that type of guy. He has a chip on his shoulders snd people saying things like what you just said will have him out to prove everyone wrong again just like he did this year. Bake isn’t gonna fold bc he got some money. He got humbled pretty bad when he almost got relegated to being a backup qb. He doesn’t wanna go that route again.
