Keeping Snom in the party all that time only to completely destroy Liza with Frosmoth as soon as it evolved was almost poetic.
We carried Snom to the end, so Frosmoth could carry us over the finish line. This is the type of inspirational story you'd see in a movie.

Also great to hear you are listening to the community with the regards the legendary starters. I understand challenges are hard but variety is always great over 1 starter carrying. Look forward to the rest of the videos
I think you should pick what is most fun for you and the chat. But at the same time it must be hard as a creator to balance what you like with the feedback. For doing 18 of these challenges, I think it's fine that some are going to be easier than others. Hope you find a good approach you're happy with in the coming runs.
Found your channel a month ago, and I have had a lot of enjoyment from your library of videos. The Frosmoth vs. Heatran is one of the most nuts pokemon battles I've ever seen. Especially that it didn't thaw itself with a fire move. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

It makes me a bit sad that there is this negative feedback regarding your chosen difficulty. The most important thing is you and your viewers having fun. So there is no point in making it frustratingly difficult, in my opinion. Your set of rules currently provides a very nice challenge that still makes clearing a type rewarding without burning you out.
How is it negative feedback? Just saying what we'd like to see isn't negative.
@@SuperNintendawg The way the feedback is given is important. I was referring to comments like "You are doing it wrong and should do X instead" or "It is pointless to attempt a challenge like this using broken legendaries". Not direct quotes. The point may be valid but often it is still quite disrespectfully phrased, in my opinion. Something like "I would enjoy it more if you did not start with legendary Pokémon and some niche Pokémon got a chance to shine" is constructive feedback, and I have no problem with that, whether I agree or not. So by "negative feedback", I meant the way it was given, not criticism in general.
@@bitzibaerlie I definitely agree that people could phrase feedback more constructively. I don't necessarily agree that that is what happened universally on prior videos, and I'd like to see some actual quotes, but certainly people on the Internet are too mean and over the top in general.
More importantly, though, you kind perpetuated what you're complaining about. Instead of making it clear that you wish some people could be more positive with their choice of words, you cast everyone as negative and ignored all the reasonable criticism that the majority made, thereby undermining your intentions.
@@SuperNintendawg You have a point there. I am not always the best at getting my point across, which is why I tried to clarify in my response to you. I did not use direct quotes because I did not want to pick out specific people. I read all the comments for this video and remembered comments from earlier videos in this challenge. I did not try to do a proper analysis and was mainly stating my subjective feelings on reading some of those statements. And leave a couple of encouraging words.
Hope that clarifies things and does not make me sound overly preachy.
(I actually changed my original comment while typing it out. I wrote "so much negative feedback" at first but realised that to be worded too strongly. A couple (subjectively) rude comments do not represent the whole viewership. Kind of ironic that you still had that impression even after I tried to fix that.)

Love the content either way but some variation like how we saw in the battle frontier series would be better in my opinion… but I’m just one guy. Mightyena conquering the tower was one of my favorite videos of yours!

personally for me iy's not as much the OP mons, the only run I had a problem with was the zazian only run because it felt disapointing to take 2 really interesting types and play only with one mon

And be offensively neutral to fire
That would break the game, even though I get the logic. Only thing I would change with the current type chart is removing Fairy's resistance to Bug.

these would be so much better with no times in battle and maybe bag wipe too. keep the HMs and maybe poke balls too.
Ngl I feel like not using rare candies is useless af if you give yourself every item and tm. Almost makes the game way too easy when money is so Important yet you have every item and plenty full restores. I enjoyed the video just a critekm

Tbf if u were to keep repeating the same challenge it gets boring, so I can understand the perspective of wanting to get smth op to clear it quick. But yeah challenges like this gives opportunities to use underrated Pokémon you don’t normally use so it’s the interesting underrated movesets versus the tried and true basic op Pokémon to guarantee the win.
