Hi yes that card was too cute to pass up! As for returns and exchanges, I know it is possible for damage/missing items but I'm not sure if they accept returns if we just don't want the item anymore. You can probably ask Weverse customer service about the return policy.

Good question! Unfortunately it doesn't.😭 The frame box doesn't stay nicely shut, right now I've just tied it closed with a ribbon. I was thinking of gluing ribbon ties to the inside covers if I want to use it as a box
