This clip does say the house was recently remodeled, so I presume somebody (investors?) remodeled the interior of the house to resemble the old sets. "The Brady Bunch" is a show for 8-year-old girls, anyway, so why does Baba Booey waste his time visiting a house from a show for little girls is the REAL question.
