When Leafy got killed by Gelatine in BFDIA, Firey recovered her offscreen, That’s how she’s in IDFB.
Honestly I have no idea why nobody else has realized this- I haven’t seen anyone else mention it so I guess I thought of it first-

This is a very very small reference, but i thought i'd share. In bfb 15, at 8:33, when needle jumps in the lava, it is a animation of an effect that is used a lot. I can say it's defenetly the same. I can think of gelatin dying in bfdia in golf ball's incenerator off the top of my head, for example.
Edit: I checked. It's bfdia 4 at 7:38. It's one example, but it's been re-used a lot!
