Nah I will recomend this to atleast 20+......need some level of understanding about marriage responsibilities, society , emotional understanding how different mind works in a same situation...... for teenagers it's a bit overwhelming and less understanding because it's a stage of life where we made a Disneyland in our head,we only start's to understand about competition, experience first love or first break-up.....Enjoy teenage years it's a blessing in whole lifetime....... Then there's plenty of time for reading adult minded psychology..... adult not in terms of physical relationship but in term of mature mentality and some short of experience, reality check in life......
