If there are sellers which can update the bios for first time pc builders then going with the 3rd gen proceesor is the best option.

Get a 2600 and 16Gb RAM atleast. That's gonna cost you anything around 18-19k. Invest in 1060 6Gb atleast & Get a good psu. It will last you long enough
