From your view , he drift cause to hit you and make you hit the wall.
For some reason, the feeling of your car getting hit is strong but in his video he hit you lightly during corners.

Both of you drove amazing but that Evo was just a different level of epic!
For those unaware, drifting in that evo is much much faster than getting around the corners in a normal way (this applies to just about all tracks, not just this one).
The subi is also a much much faster car in this game.

@@amac_ its not an awd thing per se, its based on how well the car turns in (does not apply to fwd); in other word, some rwd cars are also faster being drifted such as the ford sierra
@@leficios. yeah I noticed too that the sierra is basically undrivable (at least for me), also because I don't really know how to drift a rwd car properly in grid (may be cause I don't have a wheel). Also, are supertourers (I mean the Ford falcon fgx and two other cars) faster if drifted? I'm asking because they basically slide everywhere all the time. Thanks btw

Not perfect, I saw several mistakes.
He drifted way too much IMO. Unless the car's handling was significantly different from the Subaru, he drifted through corners he didn't have to, and lost some time, that ISAD couldn't take advantage of due to him being blocked.
Especially at the end there.

i remmember this track from the original grid. was one of my favourites! although the changing slopes made it very difficult.

As good as the Evo was through the entire race, I hate how he purposely blocked you on the last turn, had he not done that, it would've been full Initial D

The togue races in grid actually feel crazy intense, in the original grid you had to dodge traffic as well. Forza, NFS, GrandTurismo need to take notes 📝

NFSU2 has two type of drifting modes. Closed circuit and downhill drifting.
Downhill drifting events has traffics in it and players need to avoid from hitting passing vehicles to secure the drifting point. Hitting the traffic / wall while drifting through a corner will automatically deduct all points gained.
Factssss: Forza Horizon had to dodge traffic on the street racing season
phenomenal graphics + Arcading handling = childhood vibes is being revived, but better
What a sick game. That car was way faster though. You were taking way better lines and still could barley keep up. Makes me want this game. Seems very challenging.

1:39 is a particularly egregious example. It looks like the Evo is literally one of those little toy cars magnetically attached to the track.

There are the Okutama Sprint tracks that been in the game since the beginning.
