Magic : The Gathering Art - Deadly Complication

Howdy!
Here is another painting process of a piece that I've done for MTG : Murders of Karlov Manor using Photoshop CS6 and Wacom Cintiq. This is the scene where Teysa, the guildmaster of Orzhov Syndicate of Ravnica, was found dead in the library by her friend Kaya.

Yea, I always watch your process before starting my drawing...I don`t know why but it is so inspiring. Starting to believe that everything is possible, just need to try harder =)

I would like to know, how much time such a detailed and well rendered painting takes you and if you do it in multiple sessions?

Thanks and I'm glad that you were inspired by it.
My art normally runs somewhere around 12 to 20 hourrs depending on the amount of details that I add into it. Mostly take 3 days to complete since I don't paint the entire 8 hours a day. :)

Why did you cut out how you detailed the face?

It is during these times when my computer needs an upgrade. There are a lot of my process that I thought were recorded, only to find out that they're not or ended up as broken files, which is a bit frustrating.
