Auf Borneo haben wir uns die Stadt Kuching als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Nationalparks ausgesucht. Wir wohnen in einem Apartment mit Küche und können ein Fitnessstudio und einen Rooftop-Pool nutzen :-)

Happy to see you both visiting Kuching, the capital of my homeland.
The apartment where you're staying is definitely a bit away from the city centre. Kuching is a spread out city and residential areas are further from the Waterfront area. The only one by the river are the Malay villages.
8:26 That is Sarawak's Legislative Building.
9:17 In Sarawak, honking is reserve only when there is an emergency. If you drive in Kuching, remember not to use the honk all the time. Yes, compared to KL, Kuching has less motorcycles... which I like very much.
13:55 The blue rice is added a little of the juice from the 'asian pigeonwings' hence the blue colour. The "rainforest fried rice" is cooked with tapioca leafs. Food in Kuching is generally not that spice but I think your tolerance for spicy food aren't that high. 😄
Yes that is true, the apartment was a bit outside of the city centre. But it was ok for us :) We were really surprised that Kuching was quite different to other Asian cities. Had a really great time there and would definitely visit again :)
