    Wilson brand since 1996
When I got back to tennis in 2012 using the 5.5 Prostaff
Later I bought the RF prosstaff ( red )in 2014 and RF tuxedo in 2019
Now I'm using the clash Silver V1
    I own 5 clash 100L
    I'm a loyal fan

Whatever brand I do chose to play with I like to be uniform with it throughout. So I play with a Wilson, I need to use a Wilson bag and likely Wilson grips, and Wilson or Luxilon string. I can’t play with competing brands.

I used Babolat Pure Aero 100 (2019 and 2023 models) and fan of babolat but I switched to Yonex Ezone 100 aqua night around 6 months ago..
I’m playing better with Yonex Ezone 100 than Babolat Pure Aero 100…
Serve, forehand, backhand ball speed increased by 20% to 30% … less spin but that’s enough for my game

Picked up a Wilson Burn 100 in a thrift store. Like new very good stick but way light for 6 footers unloading on me, no plow through. I use it on rainy days preserving my Gravity Pro for dry days that arrive even heavier on my strings. 16x20 Burn my first with that string pattern. Besides Harry recommended it so I parted with my 8 bucks, wiped the tears from eyes. Removed overgrip and it fit better in my hand. My only problem is it's a very light racket (Basalt) frame so just gets used when heavy power isn't so prevalent. Rec player zero loyalty to brand. I swing whatever suits me best. It's a game! So the emphasis is on fun more than winning. Demoed a copper colored Prostaff last year (V14) Laser like accuracy IF YOU HIT FROM SWEETSPOT. That's what turns me off Wilson. Being that accurate for hours is quite tiring with a tiny sweetspot. Accuracy sure if you can consistently find that small sweetspot. Wilson's been that way since ever I can remember. Addictive hitting that magical laser but taxing on your concentration as well and this year's Gravity Pro is lighter yet same stability, control and 0lush feel. Loved Wilson Shift!. Just not enough plow through for shoulder. Here's a weird one Wilson Blade. I can't play that for one game and my shoulder is in searing pain. Unless these Percept are that great this year I'll hang with the Gravity Pro plush control. No offense Wilson, gotta keep that shoulder happy. That's all Wilson' s a great company. Might demo an RF01 in a couple of years once they work some defense magic into that stick. Foam turned me off big time, sorry Roger!

You should buy a racquet because you like the RACQUET, not out of some sort of weird loyalty to the brand. No money, no loyalty. It's a simple as that! I don't buy another Head or Wilson racquet because I like the last one I bought from that brand, or because I like the brand for some reason. I have racquets from numerous brands.

Love the fact that Harry the "pro" can't play with a racquet because of the color. Classic. Total sell out and the look on Coach Rob's face says it all.

Wilson is garbage in general nowadays imo. Their products are overpriced and underperforming compared to the competition. Only thing they have going for them are their pro overgrips (which are the same at head and yonex) and the blade 98. Their quality control is pretty bad also.
