I never considered doing a chain pull through the cell paint! Now it’s my turn! Love the ideas you have and all of your lack of fear in trying new things. 🧡
I love the way the chain made it look!! The final outcome is absolutely beautiful! And don't worry about those puppies!! That's how my house often sounds!
I love all your experiments! You have fun & take us all with you! The lacing was so beautiful Gilly. Noodle (my wire haired weiner girl) said "Hi" to Rosy! 🤗🥰💜
I think you should give a whole video on "balloon kissing" as I for one, have an awful time with the paint flowing back in, and even if I wait fifteen minutes or more, it just doesn't come out like your beautiful works do! This is so unusual, and the colors are so compatible, you ended up with a very interesting finish! Thanks Gilly, lovely 😉😊🧡
My dogs bark at everything that moves. Yours are doing really well! I love it, it's an added benefit to watching you paint! Now I'm motivated to paint too! Yummy painting Gilly!
Gilly, this piece is quite spectacular! I love the 3-D effect that makes it look like a sculpture, rather than a pour, etc. This one has so much for the eye to see. Great job! 👍
At the last part when you came back and had the circles , then did chain pull and I loved the pull effects...but then you daubbed it and I thought omg now that's messy. However when it dried wow how beautiful. I love it. Keep experimenting.
This is amazing! I've already tryed the ring pour & a swipe across it! So far from your beauties, but happy with the results. Going to try a couple more times. Thank you for being so inspirational 😊🤩
Nana Mouskouri was a very popular Greek singer when I was a little girl. Funny that I caught that..😉 The chain and balloon were a touch of genius - it totally took it to another level of gorgeous🔥
Great idea Gilly. It looked like a mystical creature for a while there. The end had a bit of an Aboriginal look, probably the colours. Liked it. My dogs are going crazy. LOL. 💕
It's super gorgeous Gilly! All the different techniques work perfectly together and I was thinking the exact same as you - the balloon will sort out that bottom part. I love it. 😊 💕 My Yorkie came to climb onto my chest to see where the dog is 😂
This is really beautiful. I am in love with it 😍. And always happy when you do the balloon. This painting has something of an art nouveau look. And love the colours also. Compliments Gilly 💛🤗
Loved the composition by using different techniques and manipulation of the paint. I started doing acrylic pour last year so I am trying different techniques my self and I did the swipe technique over specific colors I placed to do a forest with trees in it. Later I did the chain pull for plants. It came out pretty good. I loved that you went with your instinct to try different techniques in one paint. It is very encouraging.
Gilly, you have inspired me so much. You make me smile and inspired. I have NEVER done acrylic pouring. I know you have been poring for many years. Is there a video where you help beginners with the "very start" and how to begin, what to buy, the mediums you mix with canvas prep (if you do), all the beginnings that you already know. I would love to learn from you. Please dont feel you have to, just thought I'd ask:)
Yes links to playlist for beginners is in description below my video 🤗🤗 or go to my main channel playlist for beginners Thanks enjoy your new art journey and be prepared to become addicted 😆😆
Hello Gilly, EJ hear from Hanover Pennsylvania in the USA. I've been doing art all my life, I'm 52 now. from one artist to another, I want to let you know that your artwork is absolutely amazing! Hands down darling! This past July I had some leftover paint that I needed to use, so I thought I'd use it up and do a couple of paint pours. Well, as much as my OCD hates paint pores, it turns out that I'm pretty good at it. LOL I normally do landscape paintings, Bob Ross style, little bit of Van Gogh style. I also do a lot of crafts, I'm very versatile when it comes to art. I very rarely leave comments, but your artwork blows my mind! If you have a chance sometime drop me a line I would really like to show you some of my artwork.
I like everything you did with this! A chain pull with the cell activator, I think you’ve stumbled upon something there! I’d explore that a wee bit Gilly! You might have started a new method with that!😘🥰❤️💜❤️💜
I would have done a swipe on each side as well before spinning it because them cells looked amazing n it would have looked really cool with more of them plus there was a lot of paint sitting there where you didn't do a swipe for anything so it just kind of started to mix as it spread it out if you know what I mean! It was a great idea and would look really cool if it was just a little bit different! 💜🌸😆🎨💗🌈😉🌼💙
Thanks so much for watching today, always appreciated, seems I lost sound a few times so sorry 😢
