    저 튀긴 호떡 말고 이렇게 그냥 척판에 눌러서 주는 호떡이 너무 먹고 싶은데ㅜ 요즘은 다들 막 튀겨서 주니까 진짜 너무 슬퍼요ㅜㅜ 사먹으러 가야하나

    어딜까요? 호떡 굽는 불판이 깨끗하고 좋으네요 예전 호떡은 기름범벅이 아니고 담백해서 좋았는데 요즘은 들러붙어서인지 기름 범벅이라 냄새때문에 지레 질려요 기계도 신식이네요 ㅎ 먹음직 스러워요

    뚜껑 눌러주거나 익혀주는기능도 크게의미없구
    걍 뒤지개만 쓰셔야겠다 ㅠ 뚜껑으로 압력주면
    괜한앙꼬만 흘러나와버려 ㄷㄷ

    저거에 반죽 자동화기기까지 합쳐진다면 진짜 편함 그리고 랩포장할때 랩에 구멍내줘야 바삭함이 덜사라짐

    저렇게 적은량의 기름으로 납작하게 눌러 구워내는게 원조 호떡입니다. 지금 길거리에 흔히 파는 튀기듯 만드는 호떡은 진짜 호떡이 아니에요.

    엄청 깔끔하고 맛있어 보여요. 그런데 손으로 누르고 뒤집고 다 하시면서 무거운 뚜껑은 왜 자꾸 덮었다가 들었다가 하시는지 이유를 알수 없음ㅋㅋㅋ

      뚜껑에도 열판이 있어 위아래 동시 열을 가하고 덮은상태에서 수분이 덜 날라가 찜기로 찐듯한효과로 속까지 열이 잘 전달됩니다.
      기존 호떡보다 굽는 시간을 단축하는 효과라 보시면 될거에요

      호떡 한개 굽는데 3분이면 되는데 굳이 시간 전략은 의미 없지 않을까요? 다른 이유가 있을 듯. 수분이 덜 날아가면 바삭한 느낌보단 부드러운 식감인 것 같네요

    글세요. 모든 작업은 동일하게 이뤄지면서 단지 윗판은 누름 눌러주는 역활만 하는데 신박한 기계까지는 아닌듯하네요. 윗판이 전기로가 되어 같이 구워주는줄
    처음엔 붕어빵 처럼 동시에 찍어낸줄.....위 뚜껑을 누름으로써 더 귀찮은 동작을 하면서 잘 안떨어져서 피곤할듯
    차라리 하나씩 하던대로 하는게,,,,,ㅎㅎ

    기술이 없어서 얇게 펼치젤 못하니... 요즘 호떡들은 기름 많이 넣어서 튀겨 버리은 데... 여긴 아예 스팀으로 쩌 버리네... 뭐 나도 IMF 이후로는 하도 어이 없는 호떡들이 많이 생겨서(심지어 꿀(?)이 아니고 설탕이 씹히는 것도 먹어 봤음) 요즘은 잘 안 먹지만... 순희대 빈대떡도 예전에는 주문 받고 부처서 줬는데... 요즘은 산더미처럼 쌓아 놓고 튀겨서 줌... 예전에는 정말 얇게 비쳐서 블루스킨처럼 안애 꿀이 비칠 정도로 얇고 담백한 맛이 었는데...
