The current patch is a step in the right direction but i feel like fully removing her crit multiplier from her railgun would finally balance her. The OW Devs need to stop constantly beating around the bush and taking it easy on supports, especially Kiriko. This was the first patch where she didn't get one small nerf and three unneeded compensation buffs (which is great). However, these nerfs are just not enough and don't fix the problems everyone has with her (Which, admittedly, is everything about her). The entitled, pick-me, brat has already been meta for 10 seasons straight (2 years). I'm sure people wouldn't mind if she was "average" for at least a month. (Just remove her at this point. Retcon her from the lore entirely. I don't care.)

Eh, it's only for 1.2 seconds, and it would have to be against two mobility centric heroes attacking from the same direction at the same time, at which point I don't think an effect as small as hinder will really make a huge difference.

they are just allergic to making cass nade a reasonable ability like 50% movement speed reduction is ridiculous, ability lockout has always been annoying but i dont see the ability functioning without it when theres so much mobility in the game the lack of crouching though, thats unjustifiably baby mode easy like what are we even doing especially since it lasts a whole 1.2 seconds to anybody playing cass if you do not confirm a kill on this every single time it lands you are terrible. you CANNOT miss these shots.

As someone who mains Kiri on support, seeing the nerfs actually makes me really happy. Now I'm not expected to cleanse all shatters, AND when I do play rein, I don't have to worry about a cleanse. As a Reaper main, these buffs look ok, but it just really seems like a little somthing so we don't starve waiting for his rework that will most likely keep him a one dimintinal hero (plz give me mobility, I will gladly give up sime lifesteal and damage for agentcy based mobility.
As an Illari player, they fucked up. This just puts more power to her pylon, which just results in afk playstyle for her. What they need to do is make it automatically break with a shorter cooldown to make it actually a fun ability to use.

Orisa with fall off damage means I can't do anything to Phara. My dps seems to think Tracer and Reaper are good choices when there's a Phara. The Tracer dies then switches to Junkrat. Orisa NEEDS all the damage she can get at long range.
man i always think he has something smart to say but then he goes from "man i dont like orisa" to "This makes the Mauga match up with hog so much better" like it wasn't better already. And then he wants mei to be playable again.
I'd also prefer to go for that. Far fewer hogs in the ladder, no one complaining about him being in the limelight. One needed to be good at keeping distance for the secondary fire, kiting Orisas and Doomfists, using TAB in safety, landing the difficult one shots against Anas who don't think it was possible. The gun is so boring now. I think at this point old TAB is better because it heals more every eight seconds, whilst this TAB isn't useful for tap mitigation, and outputs too little self-healing, especially through damage-role passive.
the annoying thing with the illari changes is, that her skillful gameplay option got nerfed and her braindead sit in main option got buffed, the same applies to sym.... flanking on sym is impossible but i dont want to sit in main and charge beam on enemy tank (and neither does he) but dev team stupid as always

Are they gonna nerf the chat reporting or nah? I literally got banned when i dont participate in 90% of chat and have only played like 5 games a day. Some kid was threatening to DDOS me i guess and im pretty sure he just sat there spam reporting with a friend or two. There are infinitely many more literal cheaters in the game but no no words and trash talk is where blizzard will die.

You can't be spam reported. You can only be reported by people you were in a lobby with, and only one report applies for one infraction per lobby. You get banned because people have consistently reported you across many lobbies. So you either get unlucky with there being a toxic reporter in every single game you type in chat, or you are toxic enough in chat and get reported. You can't say people suck or are bad. You should be silenced for that.

I would actually argue Sam that the Mei projectile change is actually a secret buff. Since with the projectile size increase would sometimes register as a body shot even though you were clearly aiming at their head. Mauga gets hard countered by cover when he has to defend. Have hitscan destroy him from safety, and a Sig or Ori occupy him when he's attacking, and he can't sustain himself a whit, and his supports have to help either the Mauga or his four teammates, can't do both.

Especially In lower elos if you shoot further away, the first headshot will land; then shortly followed up by the other two. 510 dmg in under 5 secs
And to add ontop of that, if you pull up healing stats; I’m pretty sure you could headshot a pocketed dps and still kill with the second shot

It's at least not as oppressive as old flashbang which was a full stun, or as restricting as trap which completely stops movement.

As someone who mains Kiri on support, seeing the nerfs actually makes me really happy. Now I'm not expected to cleanse all shatters, AND when I do play rein, I don't have to worry about a cleanse.
As a Reaper main, these buffs look ok, but it just really seems like a little somthing so we don't starve waiting for his rework that will most likely keep him a one dimintinal hero (plz give me mobility, I will gladly give up sime lifesteal and damage for agentcy based mobility.
As an Illari player, they fucked up.
This just puts more power to her pylon, which just results in afk playstyle for her.
What they need to do is make it automatically break with a shorter cooldown to make it actually a fun ability to use.
Honestly, the nerf Illari got is pretty good in duels against illari because pylon wont be nearly as reliable, but still bad buffs for the rest of it

I'd be fine with removing the crouch limitation from Flashbang if the Hinder duration is at least 1.5 seconds. It's not like the old days where you can line up a headshot.

Didn't they say a few heroes were getting health nerfs to address this soon? Sombra, Genji, maybe Kiriko, Ashe, Sojourn, Soldier, these are a few I can see going down to 225 which would put them in the realm of Hanzo being able to oneshot again.
Orisa with fall off damage means I can't do anything to Phara. My dps seems to think Tracer and Reaper are good choices when there's a Phara. The Tracer dies then switches to Junkrat. Orisa NEEDS all the damage she can get at long range.
That kiri nerf was the biggest rein buff we got since ow 2 launch change my mind😂

man i always think he has something smart to say but then he goes from "man i dont like orisa" to "This makes the Mauga match up with hog so much better" like it wasn't better already. And then he wants mei to be playable again.

I'd also prefer to go for that. Far fewer hogs in the ladder, no one complaining about him being in the limelight. One needed to be good at keeping distance for the secondary fire, kiting Orisas and Doomfists, using TAB in safety, landing the difficult one shots against Anas who don't think it was possible.
The gun is so boring now. I think at this point old TAB is better because it heals more every eight seconds, whilst this TAB isn't useful for tap mitigation, and outputs too little self-healing, especially through damage-role passive.

the annoying thing with the illari changes is, that her skillful gameplay option got nerfed and her braindead sit in main option got buffed, the same applies to sym.... flanking on sym is impossible but i dont want to sit in main and charge beam on enemy tank (and neither does he) but dev team stupid as always
The Kiri mains on twitter were CRYING that suzu got nerfed. lol sorry you can’t hard counter every ultimate in the game with your 12-second cooldown and your cross-map teleport
Are they gonna nerf the chat reporting or nah? I literally got banned when i dont participate in 90% of chat and have only played like 5 games a day. Some kid was threatening to DDOS me i guess and im pretty sure he just sat there spam reporting with a friend or two.
There are infinitely many more literal cheaters in the game but no no words and trash talk is where blizzard will die.

@2004seraph extremely annoying. I played since like season 15 of ow1. Never got into any kind of trouble until ow2 with their no no word reporting even when there is a literal filter for it.
They are turning their games into COD lobbies and trying to regulate every bad word. Just focus ok the heinous shit and the cheaters.
And maybe learn some balance. Screw the devs imo
You can't be spam reported. You can only be reported by people you were in a lobby with, and only one report applies for one infraction per lobby. You get banned because people have consistently reported you across many lobbies. So you either get unlucky with there being a toxic reporter in every single game you type in chat, or you are toxic enough in chat and get reported. You can't say people suck or are bad. You should be silenced for that.

If I banter around in match chat and I say one no no word the system picks that up as legitimate toxicity. I have played this game for fucking years with no problems don't fucking try me bro. I would actually argue Sam that the Mei projectile change is actually a secret buff. Since with the projectile size increase would sometimes register as a body shot even though you were clearly aiming at their head. Still definitely not enough but at least it's a starting point, I'm still having fun with her... and that highlight intro for her 😍

Mauga gets hard countered by cover when he has to defend. Have hitscan destroy him from safety, and a Sig or Ori occupy him when he's attacking, and he can't sustain himself a whit, and his supports have to help either the Mauga or his four teammates, can't do both.
