    I don't get why the presenters keep suggesting you don't have an automatic right to incorporate. This is never explained. Do they mean incorporate without Stamp Duty and CGT liabilities? Can someone please explain?

    Do both partners need to be on the title deeds for it to be a legitimate partnership? For example if properties were purchased before a couple became husband and wife

    Thank you for the advice please could you clarify if we was to register a partnership would we be allowed to use the mortgage interest payments as expense or is that only allowed in LLP and LTD. Structure

      Hi, thanks for your comment! This would depend on who you use for your conveyancing but the current average costs are around £850-£1,500.
