The implications are there bc they're very obviously amab, there isn't really any reason for them to wear a a boys uniform otherwise and know they like presenting fem more so I wouldn't call that confused. And their experiences, especially in their 2nd and 3rd focus event read a lot more as trans than gnc cis for me and tbh in media if a character's cis and gnc, that's usually revealed when their agab is revealed and mizuki's agab is revealed but not their gender so I'd call that another implication. And I don't remember them being called a girl in jp at all and in en, she/her pronouns were used however as I saw, people in the official discord server said people were only assuming when they used those pronouns on Mizuki. Still their gender is unknown as I said, but a lot of the story read as trans to me.
