Beautiful course. The cliff top holes put me in mind on Royal Cromer in Norfolk, snd its neighbour Sheringham, which has also been compared to Pebble Beach. Interesting history fact for Dan; Sheringham is where the great Joyce Wethered made her famous comment “what train?” after the steam train went past as she putted.
With all the talk about Chippers on Crossfield and Lockey’s channel, surely it’s time for Bernie to get one, i wince every time I see that chipping stroke.
I mean, that's not really a tee shot proposition for higher handicappers, but fun seeing you all go for it. Yet another great looking course. You can almost see Bernie gaining familiarity with the new spanners as the round goes on. That 3w near the end was a thing of beauty, but we still need to see if the new 2i can replace Excalibur.
