I once saw a drawing of a little girl clutching her beloved teddy bear. Jesus asks her to give it to Him, but she cannot bear to part with it as she does not see the larger teddy bear Jesus has for her. As I trust more in God's guidance, a noticeable shift occurred. My needs were met, and a sense of peace started replacing my uncertainty. I am learning to surrender control, and my faith is deepening . I am not worried or sad, but discovering the joy of trusting in God's provision, and I am beginning to embrace the "bigger teddy bear" He offers.

It is also mentioned that discernment is a major tool, recognizing the unreality of things, and getting there, knowing there is such a thing as a rope, you will not mistake it for a snake so easily. I'm preaching to myself because I'm one who needs it.

Broken relationships, yes, a daughter totally discounting and hating upon my raising of her. But I think The Lord said “Olive” to my mind which brought up a recently read proverb “your children will be like olive shoots…”
