3 years back danny ive changed to fix spool braid never looked back bar in very very rough seas i go back to multi on mono sometimes to stop lead lifting . My t1000 if i bend it does ok for me 7 onz leads above avarage i recon some days good some days iffy pends my mood .love my rod for where i fish north east coast england but a fireblade maybe on the sandy beaches . Ive lost a lot of ummmfff in my casting of late due to ilness ive lost the final push n pull in my shoulders which wont come back but i do ok .another great review cheers .
Hi mate, what’s the bright green strip that your right hand grips on? Got a rod at the moment with lime green whipped on eyes, that would look super cool on mine.
I would hate to be on the other side of Antwerp Dock while you are casting. You have a crack off. The lead would go over the other side. Brilliant casting.
I did that manasquan inlet in new Jersey..landed a 10 ounce sinker at guys feet on other side. It hit in water in front of him..i was casting my big alvey reel..

All I can think about hearing that “wooooooh” sound, is SpongeBob.
Simple technique compared to high swing or flat arc style pendulums, but spot on timing and execution!👍👍

The sound gets disturbed and has a lot of resonance in it ,due the camera being mounted on the rod.
