Are all 5e spells included or is it just spells from the free to use rpg systems like SRD? I’m asking because it seems like all spells are included, which is confusing for me, considering the cards are not made by WotC so licensing wise they wouldn’t be allowed to, right?
I believe the have some kind of deal with WotC where they can utilize them. However all the lower level spells are included. Check out the website they have a wide selection.

I started a campaign with them finding this deck at the end of a one shot. Turned into a campaign
That is an awesome story, sometimes unexpected things can turn into epic tales!
The first two custom spells I think are meant to be till of the dead, not sure about the rest
