That boombox can certainly work. There have been massive ones in the past, so it's not out of the realm of possibility....just like the lamp. Even as an exaggerated 80s or 90s aesthetic.
Just a FYI: I ordered 2 of the little fireplaces as well and easily removed the white compartment from the backside, and then also removed the little orange plate with the plastic logs attached. Nothing is glued, them seem to just snap in place so that made it easier. I just wanted the light bulb mechanism to add to the back of my homemade fireplace, and the other one I'm planning on putting inside a back yard fire pit. Btw, Love the bird bath and fountains!!
I just found you in the "new to you" part of the feed and as soon as you said "dark bohemian" I subbed. I just made a staggered 3 part order, much of which is nail art thingies because they are just the best thing since sliced bread for miniaturists and they have so much, and the ubiquetous miniatures, I found some interesting card stuff as well and, as I'm in 1:18th scale, may just work for me, I was thinking of other buildings in the medieval diorama I'm making (its a bit Medieval/fantasy as the main character is an alchemist and that gives me a bit of latitude, time wise, as he does magick and there may be a dragon in it too lol!). I need to stop yapping and watch your haul, I subscribed, said that already...ok off to watch! They do have Magnum bottles which are huge and big 40oz bottles of spirits too, they have even bigger ones because, my dad owned a pub for a while and had this huge bottle of bacardi delivered as part of a promotion. I was charging about, as 9 year olds do, and ran into it and broke it. There was a huge scene that I'm not likely to forget, even 56 years later!
Hope it all goes well Leanne! I've just received my first crafting order and I was delighted with everything - as good if not better than expected! I bought a couple of hobby things for my other half too and he's over the moon with them. It's not often I find things he's never seen before.
I've made another order too. Only a small one this time to try out their clothing. I am amazed at how cheap everything is and it being ( so far for me ) fantastic quality 🤞 the clothes are just as great as their miniatures
Love the haul..Temu is a trap for sure..they getcha😂 I'm really interested in the 1:12 scale ruler, didn't know those existed. I will need to look for one of those to help me stay in scale..that's pretty neat! Thanks for sharing!❤🥰
Hi Jolene 👋😁 That ruler is SO so useful. I bought mine from Julie Warren's Etsy store and she delivers worldwide. Here is the link www.etsy.com/uk/listing/811729510/stainless-steel-dolls-house-builders I haven't been on Temu for a little while. Think I am due a little shopping treat tbf 😅
I find most bottles of wine way to large. I buy mine from a lady on etsy. The first time they arrived i thought 'wow, way too small😂 but they are spot on.
Yh it is a 1:12th scale ruler. It helped me see the actual difference in size because when I look at them by eye they look fine to me but are in face HUGE 😅
Ah yh, Resin would have been perfect for the job. I did end up using the tiniest amount of a regular superglue in tn the end and it worked out perfectly. Zero clouding like I thought it would
I don't see why it couldn't work tbh. Scale is one thing but its also about using what you like. Objects can often be many different sizes in life. You get smaller bird baths and you get really large bird baths. I say buy it for your 1/6 scale if you love it 😊
Mine arrived so much faster than I expected as I am in the UK. I ordered it on 28/05/23 and I received it on 03/06/23 Super fast! And they keep you up-to-date through the entire process 😊
Ya Temu is hit and miss And u can’t search out 1:12 scale Several of my items are too Large for 1:12 scale It would be nice if the product was pictured near something that allows you to judge its size
😄 isn't it just! I have more miniatures on the way to me. I made 2 separate orders and somehow managed to fill my basket again. I think my turning off the notifications is the only way to stop buying 😅
Same with me, I cant stop browsing, and then I add add add. I am looking at my cart thinking, this is ridiculous, why do I need a braided pigtail hat for my squirrel? But I apparently do cuz its in my cart!
Its usually cause i see something cute and cheap that i add it to my Temi cart then once my cart gets like 90 items or more i go thru unchecking because its over 100 dollars of things i really dont need!!! Lol.
@@AllisAllAboutminis Thats too funny cuz I do the exact same thing, Ill spend 20 minutes going through the cart unchecking stuff or sticking it in the wishlist.
@@ChloesColdEars111 yeah i have so much in my cart but i dont know i seem to want to keep my orders around 40 to 50 bucks and things add up fast. But at least you can keep stuff in there for the next time or until it sells out
No, I mean 18 inches. I am using a 1/12 scale dollhouse ruler. Not a regular ruler. I have another miniature Temu Miniature haul video coming up soon so I will go into that ruler a little more as you are not the first person to be confused by the measurements 😄
I probably should have explained more about the ruler that I am using in the video. I definitely will do it in my next miniature haul. It is a 1:12th scale ruler so the inches I am saying relate to the inches on the ruler in this scale. I haven't watched this video back for a while but I imagine the 1" scale markings are difficult to see
Half the fun is watching them being opened. Still very nice!

@craftsbyxander oh wow! 🤗 I love Julie Warren, I'll have to go look, I bet it's very useful. Tysm for the link!❤️🥰

I watched a video about the cat clock and there’s a piece of protective film over the face. You peel it off.
Great Pieces!
I find most bottles of wine way to large. I buy mine from a lady on etsy. The first time they arrived i thought 'wow, way too small😂 but they are spot on.
TEMU is undefeated
It's called a Boom box.
Aha, of course, it is 😅 I could not think of it for the life of me at the time. Thank you for reminding me😊
The lights on the wheel you showed at the end looks like a ferris wheel to me.
New subbie here, would love to see how you change the stoves. Yes, it's easy to get carried away😁😁😊
Thank you so much
I really do appreciate it 🥰 I will film the process so keep an eye out for that one
Hi Nuss1e. Just popping back to let you know that I have almost finished the stove makeover and will be uploaded in the next few days 😄
The lamp looks like Pixar’s mascot from the movies
I see it too 😄
Also did you mean inches or cm for the stoves?
IGNORE ME! I realise it was a scale ruler.
Yh it is a 1:12th scale ruler. It helped me see the actual difference in size because when I look at them by eye they look fine to me but are in face HUGE 😅
For the cat clock: Could you use a tiny small drop of UV resin for repair?
Ah yh, Resin would have been perfect for the job. I did end up using the tiniest amount of a regular superglue in tn the end and it worked out perfectly. Zero clouding like I thought it would
I need 1/6 scale which is not as easy as 1:12 but I fell in love with the bird bath. It's in my cart now

@@craftsbyxander I'm the exact opposite. I'm a complete stickler for the right scale. I like to make it as realistic looking as possible.
Great Video and a great haul. I have not used Temu yet - does it send quickly?

A lot of the temu pieces are actually Barbie scale which is 1:6....

OMG, check my ruler. NOT REAL SIZED INCHES!!!!! It is a 1:12th scale ruler. It has 12th scale inches on it.
