it's 1977. I bought it especially for it's color. Pergament-white interior is beautifull! Light-brown-cognac would have been ok too though. I took the car to work again today, it is still sunny and still no salt on the roads :-)
what exhast do you have, ive got one 1 year older that was a special order car in butter yellow and tan int, great car and ive been looking day and night for a good system
ja de wagen is netjes, heeft wel wat beschadiging aan de wielranden achter, daar moet ik nog iets aan doen. VErder wel goed hard, loopt altijd zonder problemen. Ik geef hem dan ook regelmatig nieuwe olie en filter etc. Heerlijke wagen!
@JaSt321 No this car has enough power to have only 3 gears, it is very relaxed. For speeding or drag racing it could better use a manual 4 or 5 gear of course, but that is not what the car was made for. I never drove a car that felt better shifting and driving :-)
@parananna I drove it faster but it was not the moment to make pictures ;-) I owned several 280E, S and SE, automatic and shift, but the 450 V8 makes them look all like nervous wannabe fast cars.
Ich verstehe nicht warum Menschen sich um 15.000,- EUR einen Golf oder 3er kaufen anstatt sich was Schönes wie z.B. einen W116 oder einen SEC oder einen A8-D2 oder schöne 7er zuzulegen... Sehr traurig dass die Menschen keinen Geschmack mehr haben...

Vergiss nicht zur Pflege der K-Jetronic und des alten Motors immer 1% Zweitaktöl zum Sprit zu füllen das wirkt hervorragend!

For injector cleaning and protection of the K-Jetronic use 1% - 2% two stroke oil to the fuel!
