Well, technically it isn't rotoscoped. I actually just Chroma keyed (same technique as green screen) the grey of the cart and inverted it so I had a layer of just the cart. Then I tracked the PNG of the sonic frontiers games with the cart beneath that layer. Bing, bang, boom, an edit of Scott making a poor financial decision complete.
@@SpeedsterCreations Ah, thanks, I get it now. I also use Adobe Premiere Pro, but I've never thought of inverting a chroma key effect to isolate a color. That might come in handy next time I make a meme.
Well, Sonic Team said they want to make the sonic series more cohesive, so I guess incorporating the IDW characters into the main Canon is part of that.
@@kingsodashark2194 I think the route they're going in is having the comics be Canon, but set in-between the events of the games. So Belle probably is technically canon, but I doubt they'll acknowledge her in the actual games. Same goes for the majority of IDW stuff.
